E+H Architects have designed a variety of retail projects for a wide range of clients throughout the Southeast. Our projects include tenant infill, national retailers, local shopping centers and regional power centers. We recently completed an adaptive mixed-use renovation of eleven depression era buildings at the Factory of Franklin. We are currently involved with several mixed-use projects in our region.

Laurel Cove Country Club is E+H Architects latest recreational venture. Located in Southern Williamson County, Tennessee, this 40,000 square foot golf clubhouse will be the centerpiece for this Greg Norman designed golf course. Accessory to the clubhouse, we have designed a sales office, fitness center and a convenience store as components of the overall Master Plan. The Expansion and Renovation to Richland Country Club was a three year design and construction process. This project had a wide variety of spaces and functions that were part of a complex program dictating a detailed pre-planning outline and phasing of construction.

Based on their formal evaluation process, the Metropolitan Board of Education for Davidson County has consistently graded E+H Architects as among the best performing architectural firms. Our proven performance has resulted in our being selected to provide architectural services on multiple Board of Education facilities. Franklin Road Academy also enlisted the expertise of E+H Architects to develop a new Campus Master Plan, Middle School and Fine Arts Center.

E+H Architects have designed a variety of multi-family residential developments. Our projects include town homes, urban infill brownstones and high rise condominiums. We have designed well over 100 custom single family homes throughout Middle Tennessee. These designs have varied from the modest addition, to the traditional designs of several thousand square feet as well as the distinctive contemporary.
